Your privacy is important to us at Anoosmar Technologies ("Company"). This privacy policy ("Policy") applies to the Vaultize services and websites (including but not limited to, anoosmar.com and vaultize.com). This policy gives you information about how your personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected by the Company.

Changes to Privacy Policy

The Company may change Privacy Policy from time to time. If the company makes any changes to the Policy, the "last updated" date above will be changed. If there are material changes to the Policy, you will be notified separately. The company encourages all customers to check this Policy whenever the websites and services are used to understand how the personal information is used.

Information Collected

The company collects information from you in various ways when you use the websites and services. The websites collect two general types of information, namely personal information and collection data. As used in this Policy, the term "personal information" means information that specifically identifies an individual (such as a name and email address), and demographic and other information.

The definition of personal information does not include "collection" data. The collection data is information that is collected about a group or category of services or users. All personal information is removed from the collection data. The collection data helps us understand trends that help us to build new features and/or improve our services. The Policy does not restrict or limit the use of collection data. The company is free to share collection data with any third party for any purpose, including but not limited to building new features, improving services, advertising and marketing.

The following are the specific types of information that is collected:

  • Information provide at the time of registration or user creation or when you change any such information:
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Company
    • Location
  • When you choose to sync or share files with others, email addresses you provide to email invitations to those individuals on your behalf, is collected.
  • Payment Information. The company either directly or through its payment processing vendor collects credit card information and billing address.
  • Support and Feedback Service. The company from time to time we use surveys, contests or sweepstakes requesting personal or demographic information and customer feedback.
  • Automatically Collected Information. Certain type of information is collected when you access and use our webpages, services and communications. This information may include, but not limited to, your computer's IP address, access times, your browser type, language, operating system, referring website addresses, your account activity, and files and pages accessed or used by you.
  • Cookies. Certain types of technology such as cookies are used to collect information. The cookies enables us to improve our website and services by using collecting statistics about what is actively being used in order to understand preferences and also to personalize and/or improve user experience. It also records certain information that allows you to revisit the website without providing your identification (such as username and password) again. A cookie, also known as an HTTP cookie, web cookie, or browser cookie, is used for an origin website to send state information to a user's browser and for the browser to return the state information to the origin site. The state information can be used for authentication, identification of a user session, user's preferences, or anything else that can be accomplished through storing text data on your computer's hard disk or any such storage device. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies as the default setting. You can modify your browser setting to reject our cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie by editing your browser options. However, if a browser is set not to accept cookies or if a user rejects a cookie, some portions of the website and services may not function properly.

Use of Personal Information

In general, your personal information is used, including but not limited to:

  • to communicate with you in response events including but not limited to your registration with service, change of setting and status,
  • to process requests such as support requests
  • to process transactions such as subscription
  • to update you on events, promotions, new services, updates, upgrades, bug fixes, new features, newsletters
  • to collect feedback
  • to conduct marketing and/or pre-sales and post-sales services
  • to send emails to users you invite to share, sync and access your files
  • for any other communication the company deems necessary

Sharing of Personal Information

The company reserves the right to share collection information with its partners and business associates. The company will not give, sell, rent, share, or trade any of personal information or any data that is stored on Vaultize websites or Vaultize server in cloud to any third party except as covered in this Policy or with your prior consent. The Company may disclose information to a third party to

  • comply with laws or respond to lawful requests and legal process
  • to protect the Company, its employees, directors, business associates, consultants and agents and others including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use
  • in the good faith belief that disclosure is needed to respond to an emergency, or protect the personal safety of any person

The "User Content" means any electronic information originated from or present on the Customer's Devices including but not limited to any information, materials, data, files, emails, programs, databases, applications, software, products, links and services. Vaultize includes "Group Sync" (aka Collaboration) and "Sharing over Web" features that support sharing user contents with other users. Those users can see your name, email address and any other personal information that you register and modify from time to time, and any user content you choose to share; and they can post comments and email you. The users you invite as editors can also edit your shared user contents, upload new user contents to your shared files, share those documents outside of Vaultize, and give other users rights to view your shared user contents.

Vaultize through its various features may provide opportunity to you to use third party services. If you choose to use any such third party services, the company may facilitate sharing of your information and user contents you use with said services. Your use of such services is not governed by Vaultize's terms or privacy policy. The Company does not control the services of those third parties or how they use your information and documents. You are advised to review the terms and the privacy policies of those third parties before using such services.

The Company may share personal information in connection with an acquisition, merger, or sale of all or a part of its business, with or to another company or entity. In any such event, the Company will notify you if your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a substantially different privacy policy.

Security of Information

The Company takes proper care to protect information it collects from you to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. In addition, highly confidential personal information such as credit card number and password that you may have given for subscription is protected with encryption using Secured Socket Layer (SSL), during transmission over the Internet. The servers on which personal information is stored are kept in a controlled environment with limited access. The Company takes reasonable efforts to guard personal information through following all industry standard security practices.

Your account information and access to our service is accessible only through the use of user name and password. You shall be solely responsible for all actions initiated using the user name and password. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of the user name or password, you are required to notify the Company of the same by e-mail addressed tosupport@vaultize.com with the title "Unauthorized Use of User Name". The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality user name and/or password . Please note that the Company never asks you to disclose your password in an unsolicited phone call or email.

Modification to Information

If your personal information changes in any way, the Company request you to update your information as soon as possible. You can make updates to your profile information by logging into your account on My Vaultize (https://my.vaultize.com) at any time.

Optional Communication

The Company may send you communications regarding its services, including but not limited to, new services, service updates and promotional information. You may unsubscribe to such emails by following instructions provided in those emails. Some emails may not have option to unsubscribe, such as security alerts and notices about your current account and services.
